Every package includes the cart, the barista, the beans, the menu, cups, setup, and teardown. Travel inside Calgary city limits is free. The deposit is 50 percent of the package price, the balance is due seven days before the event, and a cancellation is refundable until 14 days before the event.
The Palomino requires nothing from the venue. The cart carries its own power supply and its own water supply, so there are no power requirements and no water requirements. The cart measures six feet wide, fits a standard doorway, and rides freight elevators in downtown towers.
The cart arrives 60 to 90 minutes before service and parks within 15 metres of the service point. Outdoor service runs in any weather above minus 20 degrees. A City of Calgary sidewalk permit is required only for activations on public property, and Cowboy Coffee Co. obtains the permit when the activation requires it.

Yes. The minimum booking is the Wrangler package: two hours of service for up to 50 guests at $999.
Is travel included in the package price? +
Travel inside Calgary city limits is included in every package. Airdrie, Okotoks, and Cochrane carry the $0.75 per kilometre add-on. Canmore and Banff are quoted by request.
Is setup included? +
Yes. The cart arrives 60 to 90 minutes before service, and setup and teardown are included in every package. Teardown finishes in under 45 minutes.
Does the mobile coffee cart require power? +
No. The Palomino carries its own power supply and its own water supply. No venue hookup is required indoors or outdoors.
Do you charge by the hour? +
No. Packages are fixed-price. Additional hours beyond the package cost $175 per hour.

How much is latte art printing? +
Latte art printing costs $125 per event as an add-on and is included in the Stampede package. The printer puts any logo or photo in the foam.
Do weddings cost more? +
No. Weddings book the same printed packages as every other event. Most weddings choose the Ranch Hand at $1,495.
Is there a deposit? +
Yes. The deposit is 50 percent of the package price, the balance is due seven days before the event, and a cancellation is refundable until 14 days before the event.
What happens if it rains? +
The cart operates in any weather above minus 20 degrees under its own canopy, and it moves indoors without any change in service. Rain does not cancel a booking.
