A guest asking a barista questions at the Cowboy Coffee Co. mobile coffee cart
How much does a coffee cart cost in Calgary? +

A coffee cart in Calgary costs $999 for two hours of full espresso bar service with one professional barista. Larger coffee catering events use the Ranch Hand at $1,495 or the Stampede at $2,195 depending on guest count and hours.

What is the difference between coffee catering and a coffee cart? +

Coffee catering is the service. The coffee cart is the equipment. Our mobile espresso bar delivers the coffee catering experience: the cart, the barista, the beans, and the menu arrive together as one package.

Does the coffee cart need power or water at the venue? +

No. Our mobile coffee cart, the Palomino, carries its own onboard power and water. Barns, backyards, parkades, and rooftops need no hookups.

Do you provide wedding coffee carts? +

Yes. Our wedding coffee cart packages include cocktail hour service, a late-night coffee bar beside the dance floor, a custom menu board with the couple's names, and monogrammed cup sleeves.

Do you offer corporate coffee catering in Calgary? +

Yes. Corporate coffee catering covers conferences, trade shows, conventions, expos, employee appreciation days, office events, grand openings, client events, and product launches.

What drinks does the coffee cart serve? +

The espresso cart serves espresso, americanos, cortados, cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites, and mochas, plus matcha lattes, chai lattes, London fogs, hot chocolate, iced coffee, 18-hour cold brew, and a rotating seasonal special.

What equipment comes with the coffee cart? +

The cart arrives with a two-group La Marzocco espresso machine, an on-demand burr grinder, cups, milk, beans, syrups, ice, water, its own power supply, and a letterpress menu board.

Where does your coffee cart travel? +

The mobile coffee bar covers all of Calgary with free travel, and serves Springbank, Bearspaw, Airdrie, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Cochrane at $0.75 per kilometre. Edmonton is served on scheduled northern runs, and Canmore and Banff are quoted by request.

Which package is best for weddings, corporate events, and backyard parties? +

Weddings book the Ranch Hand at $1,495. Corporate events and brand activations book the Stampede at $2,195. Backyard parties and small office events book the Wrangler at $999.

Can I rent the coffee cart without a barista? +

No. Cowboy Coffee Co. provides a fully staffed coffee cart rather than coffee cart rental. Every booking includes a professional barista, setup, service, and teardown.

How do I book a coffee cart in Calgary? +

The booking form asks for the date, guest count, event type, package, and venue. The date check confirms availability within one business day, and the deposit secures the booking.

How many guests can one barista serve? +

One barista serves 60 drinks per hour, which covers 50 to 90 guests in a standard service window. Events over 120 guests add a second barista at $150 per hour.

What happens after I request a quote? +

The written quote arrives within one business day with the package, every add-on, and any travel charge itemized. The quoted number is the invoice number, and the date hold keeps the date free for 48 hours.

Is there a deposit and a cancellation policy? +

The deposit is 50 percent of the package price, the balance is due seven days before the event, and a cancellation is refundable until 14 days before the event.
