Our certified organic coffees have been grown and processed without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or any other potentially harmful chemicals.

Our fairly traded coffees satisfy the demand of high quality organic coffee by roasters and importers from foreign markets and contribute to improve the standard of living of the small farmers.

El Paraiso - Producer Direct
Origin - Guatemala
Bought directly from one of the oldest plantations in the Atitlan region. This highly sought after Arabica is nearly all purchased by our roastery.   We roast this coffee to a dark Italian style which brings out the best character of this rich heavy single bean.   A must-try for coffee lovers.

Cloud Forest Estate - Producer Direct
Origin - Costa Rica
This particular estate produces only a small quantity of exclusive beans and we purchase a significant portion of their production. This is a quality Central American varietal with a crisp medium roast.

Origin - Chiapas Mexico
Produced and marketed by the local co-op in Mexico, this effort represents 1500 individual farmers banding together for sustainability and life quality.   We are proud to be a part of this venture.

Medium Roast with a pleasant mellow flavour, light acidity and body.

Dark French Roast with tactile body and full flavour.

Similar to our regular Mexican, our lightest Organic.   A mild taste experience.

Guatemalan Organic
Excellent medium roast with a slightly smoky flavour.   Suitable for nearly every palate.

Peruvian Organic - Local Cooperative
Smooth Medium with a pleasant full bodied taste.   Slight smokiness similar to a Guatemalan coffee.

Sumatra Organic
A full-bodied coffee with all the boldness you would expect from an Indonesian Arabica.

Timor Organic
Leaning on the dark side, a full, rich and smooth stand-alone washed Arabica.   The next great Indonesian Arabica.

Espresso Organic
A secret blend of Arabica beans yielding a slightly milder cup than our premium espresso.   All the crema and organic too.

Rainforest Organic
French Roast organic which parallels our Marine Roast for character and boldness.   Smoky and very full-bodied.
