Our certified organic coffees have been grown and processed
without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or any other potentially harmful
chemicals.
Our fairly traded coffees are purchased directly from cooperatives and plantations. This ensures the highest level of equity for the plantation and compensation for the field worker.
Light Roasts
This
style of roasting is ideal for softer, more delicate beans. Light-roasted
beans boast a higher caffeine content and a brighter flavour.
Medium Roasts
Medium-roast
coffees deliver balanced, rich flavours with every sip.
Dark Roasts
This
degree of roasting breaks down the bean structure allowing for greater
flavour extraction.
Decaf Roasts
The Swiss
Water Process uses water to remove the caffeine from the beans prior to
roasting. Processed locally, our decaf is as fresh as possible ensuring
the quality of our coffee.
